Official delegations:
The Government of the State of Qatar will provide (15) officialaccommodations for each delegation, in 5-Star hotels. The accommodation will consist of a suite for the head of State or Government and two suites for ministers and (10) rooms, two of which will have four beds for the guard and escorts (Maximum No of 8 persons). The government of the State of Qatar will bear the cost of accommodation as per the following modalities and according to the level of representation:
Head of a State     1+2+10,

Prime Minister       1+1+ 8,

Minister                 1+3,

Undersecretary or ambassador or director 1,

The meals and the dry clean service will be only for the above mentioned numbers only.

Transportation:

General Information:
The government of the State of Qatar shall organize process of transport in order to secure attendance of all participants to specifiedvenues for different activities listed in the program of the officialsummit. A special vehicle will be allotted for each heads of State and Government, ministers and for the heads of delegations and organizations. Such vehicles will be available for their disposal from the time of their arrival in Qatar until their departure. The State of Qatar will cover the cost of transportation of heads of delegations as per the following modalities:
-One vehicle for the head of State of Government- one vehicle for a Minister – one vehicle for security.
-One vehicle for the Prime Minister – one vehicle for a Minister - one vehicle for security.
-One vehicle for the Minister – one vehicle for security.
-One vehicle for the head of an organization.
-One vehicle for an undersecretary or an ambassador.

Transportation of the participants:
There will be 4oo Limousine cars and 80 buses allotted for reception of the members of the participating delegations. Buses will be used for transport of the members of the delegations to attend the events of the official program of the conference, and to shuttle between the hotels and the Conferences Center.

Transportation of Journalist & Media Persons:
Transportation service for media persons from their hotels to the Media Center at the venue of the conference will be provided, in order to enable them to cover the officialeventsoftheconference.Afleetof(50)fiftyvansand(5)fivebuseswillplyandshuttlebetweenthe hotels and the Conferences’ Center, during the official events of the summit and throughout of the period of the conference.
